Natural rock was reused from the pool excavation to echo the raw materials thus establishing an authentic landscape site. Innovative products were used to install the following features: a high quality putting green, efficient drainage, firetable, outdoor kitchen, spectacular outdoor lighting, and an auto pool cleaning system. outdoor living. Van De Poll Garden Design was brought in right from the start to assist in siting the house on the property -bearing in mind the sun exposure, views, and privacy. The design goals for the landscape was to include an inviting entry to the property, a sense of arrival at the front, a multi-purpose entertainment patio area, and a blending into the natural surroundings.
